“It is within these parameters that I have felt freedom within my own mind and body. This freedom has given me the space to find my Wild.”

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Evergreen, Colorado with 10 years of experience. I have worked in the world of bariatrics for 6 years. I have become more and more curious about diet culture and how I can help support my clients from a non-diet approach. Becoming a non-diet dietitian was a full body yes for me!

After years of dieting, my clients lost trust in both their mind and body. This trust was lost because diet culture had set them up for failure offering false promises and false realities. While diet culture continues, I am now more ready than ever to embark on a journey with my clients helping them heal their relationship with food, ditch the dieting, and create empowered full body acceptance by surrendering into the here and now.

I learned the art of surrendering from Mother nature. For as long as I can remember, sunrises and sunsets brought me back to the present moment without question each and every time. My nutrition philosophy is a combination of food/body acceptance, releasing perfectionism, surrendering, meditation, journaling, and movement within nature. It is within these parameters that I have felt freedom within my own mind and body. This freedom has given me the space to find my Wild. If I could help one person reWild, then I have served my life’s purpose.

Our bodies can be compared to our ecosystem. A healthy ecosystem is one that is intact in its physical, chemical, and biological components and their interrelationships, such that it is resilient to withstand change and stressors.
